The ruin and small house can be found in the quiet Village of Vale de Urra. Situated approximately 6 minutes from the town of Vila de Rei where the local shops and amenities can be found. The terrain is within very close proximity to the many award-winning river beaches the area has to offer.
On the site exists a small building (which could be converted to a garage or workshop) this houses a bore hole for natural water, electricity is likewise connected to the building. Municipal water would be possible to connect, as we believe would pipework to the mains sewers. There is a gated entrance at the end of the terrain, where an old ruin is located, along with several fruit trees.
The current owners have had drawings prepared and with planning submission, a new build property could be possible to build, attached are the drawings of project submitted.
